Jon Myerow says the deal for his third Tria wine-cheese-beer bar, at 21st and South Streets, is off. "We are still actively seeking a third location, however," he says, adding that the landlord was seeking a tenant that can open up more quickly than a restaurant might.

What happened? We can also call the area SWCC, for people who don't know what Graduate Hospital, now defunct, is.
