Conshohocken's 401 Diner (Fourth and Fayette) is changing hands again.

As of July 1, the occupant of about a year - an American/Indian hybrid called 401 Nirvana - will close.

July 7 is the scheduled opening of a second location of Blue Bell cheesesteak specialist Pudge’s.

Pudge's owners - Mark Baker, a mortgage broker, and Eric Salfi, a CPA - bought the Blue Bell location from the Pudge’s family in 2011. Their chef and GM, Matt Duffin, will oversee both locations, which are not related to the location in Towamencin (though they share a website).

They don't plan interior changes of note, their rep says. The menu will be the same as in Blue Bell with the addition of breakfast and some platters.

Hours will be 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
