To think, some restaurants are actually charging for food.

Three promos are being offered Wednesday, June 18:

The Stella Rossa Ristorante at 10th and Walnut Streets will hand out free slices of wood-fired, brick-oven margherita pizza from noon to 3 p.m. The eatery is launching a pick-up and delivery program as well as pizza-by-the-slice service.

The new Moe's Southwest Grill in Mercer Square Shopping Center (73 Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown) will give away lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Also on June 18, Moe’s will host an “all you can eat” fundraising dinner from 5 to 8 p.m. Moe's will give the $10-a-head proceeds to Central Bucks Family YMCA. The donation will fund a youth mission trip to Lima, Peru, this summer. In partnership with the YMCA Peru, the youth will be volunteering at a local hospital, a special needs orphanage, building and painting in impoverished areas and working hands-on in a local YMCA summer camp.
