Cleveland Throws a Party

Charles Michener writes in a piece from Sunday's Cleveland Plain Dealer:

In Rub, Philadelphia is getting something more than just an accomplished museum director. At the tail end of this year's Parade the Circle, he was the tallest figure in sight, dressed to kill in a circus barker's top hat and striped silks and waving to the crowd as he high-kicked down Wade Oval on greatly extended legs. What the museum -- and Cleveland -- needs is another leader who knows how to throw a terrific party and isn't afraid to get up on stilts.

Here's the Inquirer's profile of Rub. My best guess is that his will be an eventful era - and one that will be eventful from the start. I'm looking forward to the stilts.
