Villanova will play Connecticut at home and will have two games each against Cincinnati, Marquette and South Florida during the 2011-12 men's basketball season, the Big East Conference announced Thursday.

The Wildcats, who were 21-12 last year, most likely will play the defending national champions at the Wells Fargo Center although the official schedule, with dates and sites, won't be announced for at least two months.

Villanova will get Cincinnati, Marquette and South Florida for home-and-home games.

Other Big East home games for Villanova include DePaul, Notre Dame, Providence, Seton Hall and Syracuse.

The Wildcats' conference contests on the road include Georgetown, Louisville, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, St. John's and Villanova.
