Oakcrest High School defensive back Mark Clements gave an oral commitment Friday to play football at Villanova.

The 5-foot-10, 175-pounder, who will be a senior this fall, accepted the scholarship offer during an unofficial visit to the Main Line campus.

As a result, Clements becomes Villanova’s fourth recruit for the Class of 2012.

He joins South Jersey offensive linemen Nico D’Angelo (Holy Spirit) and Jake Prus (Woodstown) and Austin Calitro, a linebacker at Danbury (Conn.).
