Two new store openings in the Philly-area will have teens rejoicing and parents, well, not so much.

Canada-based casual retailers Garage and its sister brand, Dynamite, will open stores in King of Prussia Mall later this spring. This is the latter's first location in the state, and Garage's third  in the region, including stores in Willow Grove Mall and Cherry Hill Mall.

“It’s always exciting to announce the opening of new retailers especially when several of those retailers selected King of Prussia as their first Pennsylvania location,” said KoP mall manager Bob Hart in the release. “We’re thrilled to offer our shoppers retail options that cannot be found anywhere else in the area.”
