Sarah Jessica Parker got the job Carrie Bradshaw would have died for: Designing her own shoe collection.

The Sex and the City actress is partnering up with Manolo Blahnik CEO George Malkemus for a shoe collection exclusively for Nordstrom that will also include bags and trench coats. The duo plans to release the collection in early 2014.

Fans of Parker's show might imagine that the collection will consist of sky-high, overly embellished pumps, but Parker envisions a more practical collection with fewer frills. However, that does not mean the shoes will be unoriginal and unstylish.

“We’re putting new colors together that people don’t typically do,” Parker explains to Vogue.

Shoes will be priced between $200 and $300 and bags will be valued at up to $700. The collection might be a little pricey for the average shopper, but they’ll surely be sweet splurges for SATC fans that want to live out their inner Carrie Bradshaw.
