This Friday, November 16th, British interior designer and hotelier Kit Kemp will be stopping by Anthropologie's Rittenhouse Square store for a discussion on style and signing of her new book, A Living Space. In her book, Kemp shows how to leave behind design "rules" to create truly beautiful, original interiors that have a personal, handcrafted feel. For more than twenty years, Kemp has been at the forefront of the international design community, with her signature style that mixes contemporary elements with antiques and junk-shop finds, luxurious fabrics with printed wallpapers, and hand-finished detailing with collections of simple objects that create impact. She is also co-owner (with husband Tim) and design director of luxury hotels group Firmdale. A Living Space is available from Hardie Grant Books.
