Educating Bill O'Reilly

On his Fox TV show Friday night, Bill O'Reilly blasted Dr. Kermit Gosnell, conceded there had been a "little bit" of coverage in the Philadelphia media and bemoaned the lack of national media coverage, suggesting it had something to do with the Main Stream Media's pro-abortion mindset.

He's right that the MSM is pro-abortion. (Excuse me: Pro-choice.) He's wrong about everything else.

The coverage in the Philly area was massive, the condemnation by editorials and columnists has been thorough. Didn't he even bother to check with Fox29?

As to why the national TV media (such as the Fox network) did not come pouring into Philly to set up shop for wall to wall coverage, the explanation is simple. Unlike Florida and California where It is allowed, Pennsylvania courts don't permit TV coverage.

For TV, if the story lacks visuals, it often gets passed by.

That explanation is just that simple, Mr. O.
