Delaware Defeats Drexel Field Hockey, 3-0

Newark, Del. – The Delaware Blue Hens defeated Drexel, 3-0, in a tightly contested women's field hockey game held at Rullo Stadium. Both squads were unable to put points on the board in the first, but Delaware's three-goal spurt in the final half was enough to beat the Dragons. The Blue Hens outshot Drexel, 13-12, and had five penalty corners to the Dragons' three. The loss dropped Drexel 10-6 overall and 3-3 in conference play.
