Temple Men's Soccer's Vaughn Spurrier and Tyler Witmer Lead Owls Over St. Joe's in Front of Bobby Rosato's 2-0 Shutout

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – In Its only match of the weekend, the Owls rebounded from last Sunday's shutout loss to George Washington by posting one of their own by holding the Saint Joseph's Hawks scoreless Saturday evening at Finnesey Field. Senior Tyler Witmer (Wernersville, PA./Conrad Weiser) and sophomore Vaughn Spurrier (Cleveland, Ohio/St.Ignatius) each finished the contest with a three-point night, including a goal apiece to give Temple the 2-0 victory.
