Cody Calafiore, Temple Men's Soccer Battle Back to Down Richmond, 3-2

RICHMOND, Va. – In their Atlantic 10 opener, Temple men's soccer battled back from Richmond's early 2-0 lead with three unanswered goals in the final 42 minutes. Starting for just the second time since returning from injury, juniorCody Calafiore's made his presence felt. The Herman Watch-List nominee had a hand in sophomore Nolan Hemmer's game-tying goal in the 58th minute. Minutes later, Calafiore silenced the crowd at Robins Stadium in the 88th minute when he scored the goal that put Temple in front for the first time all night and in position for the 3-2 win. With the victory, the Owls even their record to 5-5-0 on the year and are off to a 1-0-0 start in A-10 play.
