Temple Men's Tennis Sends Two to ITA All-American Championship

TULSA, Okla. - Temple's Filip and Kacper Rams completed play today at the ITA All-American Championship, being held at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Tulsa. The event is scheduled to take place from October 1-9, 2011.

TULSA, Okla. – Temple's Filip and Kacper Rams completed play today at the ITA All-American Championship, being held at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Tulsa. The event is scheduled to take place from October 1-9, 2011.

Continuing play in the Pre-Qualifying round, Kacper Rams came up against a tough opponent in Jamie Whiteford of William & Mary, dropping the decision, 6-0, 6-1. Whiteford went on to advance to the Qualifying Draw out of his bracket.

Filip Rams also struggled in his only match of the day, dropping a three-set (5-7, 6-1, 6-3) decision to Duke's Luke Marchese on Sunday.

The Temple squad is back in action on October 7-9 at the Hofstra Invitational.
