Drexel Men's Golf Places 16th at the 2011 Navy Spring Invitational

Annapolis, Md. – Drexel men's golf placed 16th out of 19 teams at the 2011 Navy Spring Invitational. The Dragons compiled a team score of 648 after two days of competition.

Annapolis, Md. – Drexel men's golf placed 16th out of 19 teams at the 2011 Navy Spring Invitational. The Dragons compiled a team score of 648 after two days of competition.

Junior James Braunsberg led the Dragons with a 73 and 79 for a total score of 152. Braunsberg was tied for first place after the first round and continued to shoot well for the Dragons. He finished 16th out of 104 golfers.

Teammate Michael Serensits penciled in a total score of 161. Serensits tied for 62nd place with La Salle's Michael Johnson and St. Bonaventures' Brian McKenna. Benjamin Feld recorded a score of 164, while teammate Billy Reube shot a 171. Ben Hinge finished with a score of 173.

The Dragons are scheduled to compete in the CAA Championships held on Friday, April 22 through April 24.
