Free workouts this week at Never Give Up Training

This week there is no excuse for not hitting the gym. Never Give Up Training in Manayunk in honor of its second anniversary is offering free workouts with head trainer Ali Jackson as well as additional pop-up classes all week long.

If you have been wanting to check out this total body gym, now is the time to act. Find out what H.I.I.T. is all about and learn how to swing a Kettlebell. The free classes include a 50/50 class which is made up of half cardio and endurance and half strength and conditioning, and is a proven way to reach personal fitness goals.
