Things are about to get pretty rad in Philadelphia.

Color Me Rad 5K, the most colorful 5K on the planet, is coming to the Wells Fargo Center on August 30, 2014 — and registration is now officially open for business!

If you need an excuse to let loose, this untimed run is definitely for you. Runners in this 5K aren’t trying to get their best time; they’re trying to have their best time.

You'll start out in a sparkling white t-shirt, but after running through five color bomb stations along the course, you’ll look like a kindergarten art project by the time you cross the finish.

Now through Friday, May 16, you can score a sweet early bird registration deal for only $25. After that, prices increase up to $50 on the day before the event.

To register, visit colormerad.com.

FREE STUFF: You could win a Philly Color Me Rad 5k entry for you and a friend! We have 4 pairs to give away at random. To enter, leave a comment below telling us your favorite color(s).

(We will contact winners at the address associated with commenting accounts. Winners will be chosen at 4pm on Thursday, May 15.)
