Sixers-Kings game rescheduled

Sixers and Kings game that was cancelled due to a wet floor has been rescheduled

The NBA announced Saturday that the November 30 game between the 76ers and Sacramento Kings that was postponed due to a wet floor will now be played on Monday, January 30th at 6 p.m.

Though no one has officially said why there was water seeping up through the basketball court on the night of November 30, the temperature in the Wells Fargo Center that night was awfully high and it seems the ice under the hardwood was melting through. After about an hour delay, the game was finally called.

That Jan. 30 game will be the seventh in what is now and eight game road trip for the Kings. They will come here after playing in Charlotte on Saturday, Jan. 28. The night after they face the Sixers, they will play at Houston.
