Report: Sixers to host Hood, Stokes, Behanan

The 76ers will work out Chane Behanan on Saturday and Rodney Hood and Jarnell Stokes on Sunday, according to an ESPN report.

The franchise has seven picks in the NBA Draft on June 26.  The Sixers were awarded the third and 10th overall picks during last week's draft lottery.  They also have five second-round picks – No. 32, 39, 47, 52, and 54.

Hood is projected as a mid-first-round draft pick. The Sixers could look at the 6-foot-8 shooting guard/small forward for their 10th pick. He averaged 16.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.1 assists as a sophomore this past season at Duke.

Stokes is regarded as a late-first-round selection. The 6-8, 260-pound power forward has a 7-1 wingspan. He averaged 15.1 points, 10.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists as junior this past season at Tennessee.

Behanan is undersized and comes with some baggage.

The 6-6, 250-pound power forward was dismissed from Louisville in December.  He signed with Colorado State in January and was taking online courses. He, however, was cited for marijuana possession in Louisville in April.

Behanan is projected to go in the second-round or undrafted.  He averaged 9.8 points and 6.5 rebounds on Louisville's 2013 NCAA championship team as a sophomore.
