Noel, Roberts sidelined against Celtics

76ers rookies Nerlens Noel and Ronald Roberts will miss Thursday's preseason game against the Boston Celtics at the Wells Fargo Center.

Noel has an upper respiratory infection, while Roberts has a left squad strain.

Noel had a fever before Tuesday's 84-77 setback to the New York Knicks in Syracuse.  The 6-foot-11, 217-pounder went on to finish with 12 points, 11 points, four steals, three assists and a blocked shot.  He was unable to finish Wednesday's practice due to flu-like symptoms and was not at Thursday's shootaround.

Roberts, a former St. Joseph's standout, will miss his second game in a row.  The undrafted free agent is averaging two points and one rebound in 4.8 minutes of action.
