Sixers' T.J. McConnell to miss Monday's game vs. Bucks

A right wrist injury will keep guard T.J. McConnell out for today's game.

MILWAUKEE - When the 76ers face the Milwaukee Bucks on Monday afternoon at the Bradley Center, they will be without one of their starters.

T.J. McConnell went back to Philadelphia after the team's loss to the Washington Wizards on Saturday night to have an MRI performed on his right wrist. As of mid-morning Monday, there was no word on the results of the testing or a timetable on how long the 6-2 guard will be out.

McConnell has started the past seven games for the team, which has gone 5-2 during that stretch. He also started for the Sixers earlier in the season in Detroit, a game the team also won. During his current seven-game starting stint, McConnell has averaged 7.4 points, totaled 60 assists (8.6 per game) and turned the ball over just 12 times. The team has averaged 103 points in the last seven games.

Sergio Rodriguez will likely start against the Bucks, with Nik Stauskas serving as his backup.
