Lonzo Ball contemplates working out for Sixers

The decision, according to the report, will be made after Lonzo Ball's agent meets with the 76ers' Bryan Colangelo.

Former UCLA point guard Lonzo Ball is considering whether to work out for the 76ers prior to the June 22 NBA draft, ESPN reported.

The decision, according to the report, will be made after Ball's agent, Harrison Gaines, and Sixers president of basketball operations Bryan Colangelo have a discussion about the direction of the team.

Ball's father, LaVar Ball, said last week that his son would only work out for the Los Angeles. The Balls had already turned down the Boston Celtics request to bring the Southern California native in for a workout.

Boston has first overall pick in the draft. Los Angeles picks second, followed by the Sixers. The Lakers are likely to use their pick on Ball.
