Five things you need to know about the 76ers today

Five things you need to know about the 76ers today:

1.  Ersan Ilyasova has been Mr. Consistent Scorer for the Sixers. The power forward has a team-high 43 double-figure performances in his 47 games played.

2. Ilyasova leads the team with 105 three-pointers.  It's the most single-season threes he's made in his career.

3. Robert Covington will become the fourth starting small forward in as many games assuming he's cleared to play on Monday night against the Detroit Pistons. Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot started against the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday. Dario Saric got the nod against the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday, while Gerald Henderson started on Saturday.

4.  Coach Brett Brown and Nerlens Noel are beaming on Monday over the New England Patriots winning the Super Bowl. Brown and Noel are both from New England and are Patriot fans.

5.  Monday is the anniversary for one of Moses Malone's  most memorable  games as a Sixer. The late Hall of Famer had 27 points, 20 rebounds, three assists and three steals against the Washington Bullets on Feb. 6, 1985.
