Brandon Paul accepts Sixers offer

Brandon Paul will  sign a partially guaranteed deal to play for the 76ers.

The 6-foot-4 guard may have a tough time making the Sixers regular-season roster. However, the Sixer would hold his NBA Development League rights, assuming he doesn't make their roster or elects to play overseas.  He would play for their  D-League team, the Delaware 87ers.

He averaged 10.7 points and 1.7 steals for the Sixers NBA Summer League team this past week in Las Vegas. Paul's best game came against the NBA Development League Select team on July 13. That's when he made 4 of 6 three-pointers en route to scoring 20 points.
