Andy MacPhail, expected to officially join the Phillies' front office on Monday afternoon, already has a long career as a baseball executive. When the Minnesota Twins hired him as the general manager in 1985, he was only 32, the youngest GM in the majors at the time. He went on to lead the Chicago Cubs and, most recently, the Baltimore Orioles.
