Baseball America on Thursday afternoon unveiled its midseason rankings of the Phillies' top prospects, and the list includes considerable changes to the Top 10 the publication released in February.

The most prominent difference is the No. 3 spot, which in the winter belonged to the since-promoted Maikel Franco. It is now occupied by 20-year-old righthander Franklyn Kilome, the 6-foot-6 starter for the Phillies' short-season, single-A Williamsport affilliate. Kilome, a native of the Dominican Republic, has surrendered just one earned run over his first 16 2/3 innings of the season.

Below is BA's updated Top 10. Click here for its list from February.

1. J.P. Crawford, SS (Double-A Reading)

2. Aaron Nola, RHP (Triple-A Lehigh Valley)

3. Franklyn Kilome, RHP (Single-A Williamsport)
