On Friday, Atlanta Braves manager Fredi Gonzalez was saying how much trouble his team has had with Kyle Kendrick and with good reason. Kendrick is 7-1 with a 2.86 ERA lifetime against the Braves.

Kendrick (7-5, 3.59 ERA) goes against righthander Tim Hudson (4-7, 4.22) in tonight's second game of the weekend series at Citizens Bank Park.

The Phillies have the same lineup in tonight’s game against the Braves as they did in Friday’s 5-4 win with one exception. Carlos Ruiz returns to the starting lineup after getting a breather.

Humberto Quintero had three RBIs in Ruiz’s absence. What’s interesting is that Quintero has eight RBIs compared to six for Ruiz in 38 fewer at-bats.
