Flyers fans mostly happy about Craig Berube's firing

In a move that surprised no one, the Flyers let go head coach Craig Berube this morning after two years at the helm. Flyers fans on Twitter were less than gentle about his departure, and many celebratory .gifs, vines, and shouts out of car windows on the highway followed.

The Flyers and the press were somewhat more sympathetic. Mostly.

Many took the opportunity to advocate for the hiring of former Penguins coach Dan Bylsma, who is most famous in Philadelphia for being a target of former Flyers coach Peter Laviolette's unchecked fury.

But for the most part, Flyers Twitter was bubbling with enthusiasm and a few parting shots.
