The Eagles shocked everyone when they picked quarterback Matt Barkley in the fourth round, 98th overall. He was the first pick of the fourth-round in the NFL draft on Saturday afternoon.

The Eagles shocked everyone when they picked quarterback Matt Barkley in the fourth round, 98th overall. He was the first pick of the fourth-round in the NFL draft on Saturday afternoon.
