Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is active and will start for the Eagles, as expected. Safety Patrick Chung is inactive, and Earl Wolff will start at safety for the fourth time this season.

In additon to Chung, quarterback Nick Foles (concussion), linebacker Jake Knott (hamstring), tackles Matt Tobin and defensive end Damion Square, and running back Matthew Tucker are inactive.

Defensive lineman Cedric Thornton, who was questionable with a knee injury, is active. So is running back Chris Polk, who missed last week's game.

Linebacker Emmanuel Acho, who was signed off the Giants practice squad this week, is active. He'll contribute on special teams and could potentially be the top backup at inside linebacker.
