Among the big stories so far:

- DeSean Jackson is headed to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the former Birds and Redskins wide receiver got a deal for three years and $35 million, including $20 million guaranteed.

- Cornerback AJ Bouye is headed to the Jacksonville Jaguars with a five years and $13.5 million per year, according to Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle. $26 million of the total $67.5 million is guaranteed, according to Adam Schefter.

- The Eagles appear out of the Brandin Cooks sweepstakes for now, according to Jeff McLane. Teams still in the mix, according to Ian Rapoport, include the New England Patriots and Tennessee Titans.

- Kenny Britt is going to the Cleveland Browns, according to ESPN's Adam Caplan. The former Rams wide receiver was often often rumored as a potential Eagles target, but according to NFL Network's Mike Garofolo, the Eagles "were never in on Britt." According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Britt got a four-year deal worth $32.5 million. Is that overpaying? Jeff McLane hears from a NFC West scout who is "not sure how much juice [Britt] has left."

- The Chicago Bears have released quarterback Jay Cutler.

- The Dallas Cowboys are now expected to trade Tony Romo, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen, who reports that the Denver Broncos and Houston Texans are potential destinations.

- Here's a surprise: The Houston Texans have traded Brock Osweiler, a 2017 sixth-round pick and a 2018 second-round pick to the Cleveland Browns. Cleveland has only given up a 2017 fourth-round pick. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Texans made the so they could get rid of Osweiler's $16 million salary and $10 million cap hit. And the story might not be over, because the Browns are apparently willing to deal Osweiler elsewhere. Ian Rapoport hears Cleveland might even just release him.
