Eagles' Malcolm Jenkins wins NFC defensive player of the week
Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins was named NFC defensive player of the week for his two-interception performance last Thursday in a 24-19 win over the New York Giants. Jenkins finished with six tackles, three pass break-ups, two interceptions, and one touchdown.
It's the second time in Jenkins' Eagles career that he has won the honor. He also received it last season after a win over the New England Patriots.
