The Eagles begin their second week of organized team activities on Monday. They have three practices this week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday), and Monday's session will be open for reporters to watch. Here are three of the top story lines this week:

1. Will Sam Bradford show progress?

Bradford was a limited participated in OTAs last week. He took part in individual drills, but he was sidelined for team drills. Coach Chip Kelly said that Bradford is "right on schedule" at the tail end of the "medical rehab" phase of the recovery. Kelly added that Bradford would "probably" start throwing in seven-on-seven drills this week.

If Bradford takes part in 7-on-7s, that would be a positive sign. The beginning of training camp remains a reasonable target date for Bradford's return, but a setback in the spring would be a concern. So the next three weeks will be important for his progress, beginning with this week's OTAs.

2. Will Marcus Smith and/or Earl Wolff practice?

Two players who needed positive springs were Smith and Wolff. Yet injuries kept them both sidelined during the first week of OTAs. Smith, the 2014 first-round pick, had a leg pull and missed the beginning of OTAs.

After a disappointing rookie season, Smith needs to show he can be a contributor in his second season. That doesn't happen during OTAs, but he could start building momentum for training camp. Smith could settle into the role that Brandon Graham filled last season as the No. 3 outside linebacker.

Wolff is still recovering from a knee injury that bothered him throughout last season. Kelly said Wolff has been cleared by orthopedic surgeon James Andrews, yet Wolff is still not a full participant in practice. The Eagles moved Walter Thurmond to safety and have also been playing Jaylen Watkins in that spot. If Wolff is healthy, he will compete for a starting spot. If the injury lingers, his roster spot could be in jeopardy.

3. How does Nelson Agholor look?

Agholor missed the final day of OTAs last week because of an NFL Players' Association event. The first-round pick has been at all other practices and will be on the field Monday. Since Kelly's been the head coach, rookies don't usually get much first-team work during the spring. So I wouldn't read much into Agholor taking snaps with the 2s and 3s at this time of year. But how he moves, he gets in and out of cuts, and his in-practice speed will all be apparent.
