Eagles sign 16 undrafted free agents

The Eagles have officially signed 16 undrafted free agents:

RB Byron Marshall, Oregon; 5-9, 201

A versatile player for the Ducks, Marshall played both running back and receiver. He topped 1,000 rushing yards in 2013 and 1,000 receiving yards in 2014. Marshall, who played for Chip Kelly as a freshman, missed most of last season with a leg injury.

RB Cedric O'Neal, Valdosta State; 5-10, 215

O'Neal was Valdosta State's all-time leading rusher with 4,115 yards and 49 rushing touchdowns. He averaged 6.2 yards per carry during his career and was a Division II all-American.

WR Marcus Johnson, Texas; 6-1, 204

Johnson started parts of the past three seasons for Texas and finished with 61 catches for 793 yards and four touchdowns.

WR Cayleb Jones, Arizona; 6-2, 209

Jones thrived for Arizona after transferring from Texas for his final two seasons. He had 73 catches for 1,019 yards and nine touchdowns in 2014, and 56 catches for 907 yards and five touchdowns last year. His father, Robert Jones, played 10 seasons in the NFL.

WR Hunter Sharp, Utah State; 5-11, 198

Sharp spent two years at Utah State and totaled 137 catches for 1,774 yards and 16 touchdowns. As a senior, he averaged 35.4 yards on seven kickoff returns.

WR Paul Turner, Louisiana Tech; 5-10, 193

An LSU transfer, Turner played for Louisiana Tech the past two seasons and started both years. He had 45 catches for 657 yards and three touchdowns in 12 games last season.

TE: Dillon Gordon, LSU; 6-4, 322

At 322 pounds, Gordon was a valuable blocker for LSU while starting 28 of 42 games. His senior season was limited to three games because of an Achilles injury. He had only seven career receptions.

G Darrell Greene, San Diego State; 6-3, 321

Greene started 32 of 35 games at right guards for San Diego State, and was the Aztecs' lineup since his sophomore year.

C Bruce Johnson, Maine; 6-2, 302

Johnson was named the top center in FCS last season. He started 35 of 41 games in his career, and did not miss a snap in his final three seasons.

LB Quentin Gause, Rutgers; 6-0, 243

A team captain at Rutgers, Gause was second on the Scarlet Knights in tackles in both 2014 and 2015. He finished his career with 223 tackles, 27.5 tackles for a loss, and three sacks in 51 games.

LB Myke Tavarres, Incarnate Word; 6-1, 230

Tavarres played only one season at Incarnate Wood, but he excelled with 110 tackles and 8.5 sacks. He was a former junior college standout who joined Arkansas' roster in 2013.

DT Aziz Shittu, Stanford; 6-2, 288

A first-team All-Pac 12 performer last season, Shittu set a career high with 57 tackles, 14 tackles for a loss, and four sacks. He did not enter the Cardinal starting lineup until last season.

DT Destiny Vaeao, Washington State; 6-4, 299

Three years spent in Washington State's starting lineup helped turn Vaeao into a prospect. He had 12 tackles for a loss and 4.5 sacks as a senior.

DT Connor Wujciak, Boston College; 6-2, 291

A key part of the nation's top defense, Wujciak was a first-team all-ACC performer last season with 4.5 sacks as a nose tackle.

CB C.J. Smith, North Dakota State; 5-11, 189

Smith, who was Carson Wentz's teammate, led the Missouri Valley Conference in pass break ups in both 2014 and 2015, and had four interceptions as a senior.

LS John DePalma, West Virginia; 6-5, 251

DePalma spent four seasons as West Virginia's long snapper and recorded 548 total snaps in 50 career games. He did not have a bad snap in 144 snaps last season.
