Eagles plummet in Domo's NFL rankings
Paul Domowitch's NFL rankings for Nov. 23 (last week's rank in parentheses):
1. Patriots, 10-0 (1): Tom Brady could throw for 250 yards with Elmer Fudd and Daffy Duck as his receivers.
2. Panthers, 10-0 (2): Cam Newton has 11 touchdown passes and just 2 interceptions in Panthers' last 4 games.
3. Cardinals, 8-2 (4): Hard to believe now that the Cardinals picked up Carson Palmer for a conditional 7th-round draft pick.
4. Bengals 8-2, (3): Cupcake games with Rams and Browns before rematch with the Steelers.
5. Broncos, 8-2 (6): Brady v. Osweiler doesn't have the same ring to it as Brady v. Manning.
6. Packers, 7-3 (8): Watch what you say about Aaron Rodgers or Olivia Munn will kick your ass.
7. Vikings, 7-3 (5): Vikings have given up more than 20 points just twice all season.
8. Steelers, 6-4 (7): Antonio Brown is averaging 18.7 yards per catch on third down.
9. Seahawks, 5-5 (9): They're not going to catch the Cardinals, but they're in the thick of the wild card hunt.
10. Colts, 5-5 (10): Can a 40-year-old QB hold the fort until Andrew Luck heals? Sure. It's the AFC South.
11. Chiefs, 5-5 (14): Alex Smith hasn't thrown an interception in 253 attempts.
12. Bills, 5-5 (12): Rex Ryan will go to his grave muttering Bill Belichick's name.
13. Falcons, 6-4 (11): Falcons have lost 4 of last 5 and haven't scored more than 21 points since Week 5.
14. Giants, 5-5 (16): Giants have a league-best plus-13 turnover differential.
15. Jets, 5-5 (13): Ryan Fitzpatrick completed 46.5 percent of passes in back-to-back losses to Bills and Texans.
16. Bucs, 5-5 (21): Jameis Winston has thrown just two interceptions in the Bucs' last six games.
17. Texans, 5-5 (23): Texans have given up 29 points in 3 straight wins over Titans, Bengals and Jets.
18. Rams, 4-6 (15): Well, at least the Rams got that second-round pick in the Bradford-for-Foles swap.
19. Cowboys, 3-7 (24): Tony Romo is back and all is well with the world.
20. Raiders, 4-6 (17): Amari Cooper was held to one catch for four yards by the Lions.
21. Dolphins, 4-6 (19): Dolphins are 0-4 against the rest of the AFC East.
22. Bears, 4-6 (22): Their last three losses have been by a total of eight points.
23. Ravens, 3-7 (28): QB Joe Flacco and RB Justin Forsett both suffered season-ending injuries last week.
24. Lions, 3-7 (29): Back-to-back wins heading into Thanksgiving Day game v. Eagles.
25. Redskins, 4-6 (18): Cam Newton threw five TD passes against them Sunday.
26. Jaguars, 4-6 (26): The Gus Bus is gaining speed after three wins in last four games.
27. Eagles, 4-6 (20): Opponents have a 94.1 third-down passer rating against the Eagles.
28. Saints, 4-6 (25): Worst part of Saints firing Rob Ryan is he's scaring kids on TV now.
29. 49ers, 3-7 (27): Niners have just 8 takeaways in 10 games.
30. Chargers, 2-8 (30): If they move to LA, will anybody notice? Will anybody care?
31. Titans 2-8, (31): Tell me again, people, why Chip Kelly would want this job.
32. Browns, 2-8 (32): Johnny Football has six games to convince the Browns not to take a QB in the first round next April.
