Connor Barwin takes out full page ad to thank almost literally everyone in Houston

It's become protocol when departing a town as a formidable athlete to thank the locals through a full-page newspaper ad. Roy Halladay did it for Toronto when he came to Philadelphia; Shane Victorino did it when he left the Phillies. 

Recently-acquired Eagle Connor Barwin did the same for Houston thanking the city, his teammates, and the fans. And the cafeteria staff. And his cleaning lady. And somebody named "Bread."

We can't confirm at this time if he was thanking actual bread, which also may have helped him along the way.

Barwin thanked pretty much everybody, a class act as he joins the Eagles and--wait, he got "four years of free movies?"
