Chip hints he's all in -- Barkley inactive

The Eagles' inactives include QB Matt Barkley, which would seem to indicate Chip Kelly does not foresee sitting Nick Foles. Other nonparticipants are as expected.

Eagles third quarterback Matt Barkley is inactive, which would seem to indicate Chip Kelly will stick with his starters tonight against the Bears, as Kelly said he would do during the week.

The last-minute Dallas win at Washington assured that the Eagles can't clinch the NFC East tonight, and that their only path to the playoffs is by winning next week at Dallas. Of course, both tonight and next week count toward whether the Eagles are the third or the fourth seed in the NFC.

Also inactive for the Birds tonight are RB Matthew Tucker, OL Matt Tobin and Dennis Kelly, corner Curtis Marsh, and two injured special-teamers, safeties Colt Anderson (knee) and Kurt Colemans (hamstring).

Eagles safety Keelan Johnson, brought up from the practice squad during the week, apparently will play on special teams tonight.

The Bears, who could be in a similar situation pending resolution of 4 p.m. games, did not deactivate any of their starters, without a clear picture of their playoff outlook.
