2017 NFL mock drafts: Here's a roundup of projected Eagles picks

As the Eagles and the rest of the NFL converge on Mobile, Ala., for the Senior Bowl, it's a good time to take a look at mock drafts across the country and see who experts think the Eagles will pick in the first round.

As the Eagles and the rest of the NFL converge on Mobile, Ala., for the Senior Bowl, it's a good time to look at mock drafts across the country and see which players experts think the Eagles will take with the 14th pick of the first round.

Steve Palazzolo, Pro Football Focus: CB Cordrea Tankersley, Clemson

"Tankersley has a 6-foot-1 frame and strong movement skills for his size. He had the No. 6 overall grade in the nation among cornerbacks and he's allowed a passer rating of 40.0 into his coverage in our two-plus years of grading."

Mel Kiper, ESPN (behind a paywall): CB Quincy Wilson, Florida

"That Florida secondary was loaded the past few seasons with Wilson, Tabor and 2016 first-round pick Vernon Hargreaves III. Wilson is right there with Tabor on my board. He's a little bigger (6-1, 213) than Tabor (6-0, 201) and has good ball skills and instincts."

Dane Brugler, CBS Sports: CB Marlon Humphrey, Alabama

"Humphrey has given up several big plays this season, but NFL coaches will be salivating at his size and skill set."

Justis Mosqueda, Bleacher Report: WR John Ross, Washington

"Through all the team's shuffling over the years, one of the worst decisions it made was letting wideout DeSean Jackson go. Like Jackson, John Ross of Washington is an undersized-but-productive receiver from the West Coast. He may run a 4.3 in the 40-yard dash, showcasing a trait that the Eagles so desperately need right now."

Matt Miller, Bleacher Report: WR Corey Davis, Western Michigan

"Davis is a freak. Don't let his level of competition fool you. His ability to break off routes and dice up defenses with his feet is among the most impressive things you'll see in college football this season. But he combines that fancy footwork with a powerful physique and the playmaker mentality needed to spark the Eagles offense."

Chris Burke, Sports Illustrated: RB Dalvin Cook, Florida State

"Cornerback? Sure. Wide receiver? Of course. Offensive tackle? Maybe. The Eagles have ample pressing needs, as of Jan. 3. But running back should be on that list, too. And here, they get what may be the best skill-position player in this class."

Nick Klopsis, Newsday: WR Corey Davis, Western Michigan

"Corey Davis probably is the most complete wide receiver in the entire draft. The Western Michigan star has the size at 6-3 and 213 pounds, which he uses to his advantage in 50-50 situations. He's a very crisp route-runner for someone of his size and can make defenders miss in the open field."
