Temple football extended a scholarship offer to Imhotep Charter running back Tyliek Raynor during the Sunday morning session of head coach Matt Rhule’s on-campus football camp.

The speedy 5-foot-10, 175-pounder will be a junior in the fall. He said he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.3 seconds at Rutgers camp on Saturday. The Owls are Raynor’s second offer, joining Buffalo. He rushed for 918 yards and 13 touchdowns last season.

Here’s a link to his sophomore year highlight tape.
