The offensive line gained another body with the arrival of freshman offensive lineman Jalen Robinson.

The offensive line gained another body with the arrival of freshman offensive lineman Jalen Robinson.

Robinson, from Wilbur Cross High School in New Haven, Conn., is one of a few huge freshmen offensive linemen that have room to grow into massive players for Temple. Robinson is listed at 6-7, 300 pounds. At that height Robinson ties redshirt freshman Semaj Reed as the two tallest players in camp. While Reed did not play last season, he did earn 2013 American Athletic Conference  All-Academic honors. 

There’s more young size on the line as well among the freshmen. James McHale is listed at 6-6, 300 pounds; and fellow redshirt freshman lineman Leon Johnson is also 6-6, 300 according to the media guide.

All of them are lanky and can all add weight due to their long frames.

Robinson was the key lineman in high school for a team that averaged more than 230 yards rushing per game.  With his addition Temple now has 15 offensive linemen in camp.
