Former St. Joseph’s forward CJ Aiken will work out with the Atlanta Hawks on Friday.

The 6-foot-9, bulked-up 216-pounder has already worked out for the Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets, Chicago Bulls, Detroit Pistons, and the Washington Wizards. Aiken, who applied for the June 27 NBA draft after his junior campaign, is also scheduled to work out for the Sacramento Kings, Dallas Mavericks and Phoenix Suns.

He’s projected to go undrafted.

“I’ll do whatever it takes for a team to pick me up,” Aiken said. “Since April, I’ve gained 15 pounds working out in Las Vegas. Teams really like my ability to spread the floor and operate out of the pick-and-pop.”

The former Plymouth-Whitemarsh High School standout averaged 10.4 points and 5.6 rebounds for St. Joe’s this past season.
