Sixers face the Celtics in preseason game No. 2

Sixers face the Celtics in preseason game No. 2

Shaquille O'Neal got a thunderous applause when introduced to the Celtic faithful gathered last night at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, N.H. And that's saying something considering he was introduced along with heralded teammates Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen.

Coach Doug Collins sat Elton Brand and Andre Iguodala last night to give them two days off as the team will not practice today. That had the Sixers starting frontcourt being Thad Young, Trent Plaisted and Spencer Hawes. Early on, Shaq, Garnett and Pierce had their way inside against the Sixers. Not exactly a shock.
