After struggling the past four games, rookie Evan Turner has been removed from the starting lineup, coach Doug Collins said today after the team's shootaround in Atlanta.

Collins said that either Andres Nocioni or Jodi Meeks would step into the starting lineup tonight. Collins said that he wanted Turner to come off the bench and handle the ball more with the second group.

Turner has made just 2 of his last 14 shots and scored 7 points in his past four games.

The guess here is that Collins will go with Meeks tonight as he has been shooting the ball well of late and has played very well on the defensive end.
