Dalembert wants the ball with Kings

Samuel Dalembert has the new NBA home he has been seeking and now he expects to see the ball more often.

"In Philadelphia, I was asked to focus more on defense. But with the Kings, they expect me to play a more offensive role. I'll be able to accomplish many more things with my new team," he said told RDS.ca in his adopted hometown of Montreal, speaking in French.

The Sixers traded Dalembert to the Kings in exchange for Spencer Hawes and Andres Nocioni.

"The Kings were trying to get my services for two years and I also wanted a change," Dalembert said. "So it is a wish come true for both parties. I join a team that wanted me and it was also my will. Everything is for the best."
