The Sixers have the 16th pick in the first round of the NBA draft Thursday night. Daily News Sixers beat writer Bob Cooney and columnist John Smallwood have identified seven potential candidates and rank the likelihood of each being selected by the Sixers, with 1 being least likely and 10 being most likely.
