Bosh to Philly fans: Bring on the boos

Hey, nothing like a little extra juice to bring added excitement to the playoffs.

The Sixers, trailing 2-0, host the Miami Heat on Thursday night at the Wells Fargo Center.

And when you put Philly and fans together to an opposing player, this is what you get:

"They have a reputation," Chris Bosh told reporters, "so I expect them to really own up to it.

"We've prepared ourselves. We just have to go in there with thick skin like we always have and let the opposing boos really, really motivate us."

The Heat, of course, has not been to Philadelphia since the second game of the regular season (which was the Sixers' opener). Bosh has visited the city many times as a member of the Toronto Raptors, but

"We went to Philly in October. And in Toronto, we didn't have too many big games in Philly," Bosh said. "So we haven't really got their best yet."

"Game 3, of course it's important," Bosh said. "In the playoffs, every game is always extremely important, but in game three, I think their will is at stake here.

"They're going to come out fighting. They're going to come out really swinging, especially with that home energy behind them."
