Bosh to Philly fans: Bring on the boos
Hey, nothing like a little extra juice to bring added excitement to the playoffs.
The Sixers, trailing 2-0, host the Miami Heat on Thursday night at the Wells Fargo Center.
And when you put Philly and fans together to an opposing player, this is what you get:
“They have a reputation,” Chris Bosh told reporters, “so I expect them to really own up to it.
“We’ve prepared ourselves. We just have to go in there with thick skin like we always have and let the opposing boos really, really motivate us.”
The Heat, of course, has not been to Philadelphia since the second game of the regular season (which was the Sixers' opener). Bosh has visited the city many times as a member of the Toronto Raptors, but
“We went to Philly in October. And in Toronto, we didn’t have too many big games in Philly,” Bosh said. “So we haven’t really got their best yet.”
“Game 3, of course it’s important,” Bosh said. “In the playoffs, every game is always extremely important, but in game three, I think their will is at stake here.
“They’re going to come out fighting. They’re going to come out really swinging, especially with that home energy behind them.”

From playerwives.com: After coming home from the Beijing Olympics in 2008, Bosh made it clear to 7-month-pregnant Allison Mathis that he was ready to end the relationship, and then attempted to remove her from their jointly owned home. In May of 2009, Mathis brought a suit against Bosh, and according to the court documents filed by Mathis, "With Mathis seven months pregnant it is alleged Bosh stopped supporting her financially and attempted to have her removed from their home. Without money to pay for her obstetrician appointments, let alone a means of transportation to attend them, Mathis, according to the documents, suffered “breakthrough bleeding and a constantly upset stomach” while utility companies threatened to disconnect her electricity, gas and water."
BOOOO! Ollie Brown
Do we have permission from High Cheese to boo Bosh? RockStar
dont be such morons and liars bosh avg 24.0 pts a game for toronto last season and over 18 this season if he was on the sixers this series would be tied up today, instead the sixers have HOGGS(hawes)a slow footed weakling who does not score points gets very little rebounds and can't defend. only 9- Thank you, one Sixers fan with a working brain.
