And in Game 4, Sixers keep on shooting

In his fourth standout game of the presumed Heat sweep, LeBron James dropped a series-high 31 on the Sixers, but he and his Heatle teammate, Dwayne Wade, both missed late shots and could not match the inspired Sixers effort in an 86-82 Game 4 win, the Sixers' first over Miami in 11 tries.

A last-minute charge set up a Game 5 in the Eastern Conference quarterfinal on Wednesday in Miami.

Down by six with less than 2 minutes to play, Jrue Holiday found Evan Turner for a layup then hit a three-pointer in the face of Wade.

Wade missed a fadeaway, setting up the go-ahead 3-pointer from super-sub Lou Williams with 8.1 seconds to play. Williams and fellow backcourt backup Evan Turner each scored 17 points.

Trailing by two, James drove through Andre Igoudala (16 points, five fouls) but found Brand waiting. Brand got a fingertip on the ball.

Turner got the rebound, was fouled sank a pair of free throws to ice it.

The Sixers blew a 16-point, second-quarter lead and trailed, 45-41, with about 2 minutes left in the first half.

They were used to it.

They blew a 14-point lead in Game 1, a 10-point lead in Game 3, both losses.

Their series-high, 16-point lead withered in the face of Dwayne Wade's scorching, 5-minute performance. The Heat went on a 22-2 run. Wade scored 12 of the 22 points. He finished the game with 22.

The teams traded shots the rest of the way but the Sixers' Cinderella season seemed doomed as Heat blocked five Sixers shots down the stretch.

No problem.

Today, for the first time, the Sixers kept shooting.
