I truly feel like the Sixers should go after Milsap (Utah), he is a free agent next year he fullfills a need at the 4 spot and he can post and shoot. I felt they should have made an effort to get Stoudemire before he signed with the Knicks. Micknasty
Is there an chance 6ers can resign Brand for a year? Whatever it costs them will come off the $18 mil they owe him for the last year of his contract. He's not ideal but he'd be cheap, he's a good locker room presence, he's fairly good and it'd only be for a year so they would still have maximum room under the salary cap to spend next summer. fufkin
I like Milsap too. He would be in my top 3 f/a's next year. mundiff
The question should really be::::when would you pull the plug on Rod Thorn and Doug Collins and Tony DiLeo etc......
They need a BIG that can be part of the "top 3" in the Center/Power Forward rotation at a minimum! Then a quality PG who can shoot the 3 pointer........ bbrady25
Chris Kamen. Good offensive player, good rebounder. Time to get a real player in the middle. He would be an offensive/defensive upgrade to whatever combination they currently have. drhoffman
If they get Chris Kaman, I'll have to find another team to follow. Hawes, Vucevic and Kaman? Might as well sign Cole Aldrich while your at it. caught-u-sleepin- Hawks,Rockets,Nuggets.....got an e-mail moment ago,it said "you won't like it".
bearsfriend - If it's true and they do sign Kaman we will officially have the slowest, most unathletic, softest big men in the league. Someone tell Collins we're not competing against the Serbs and the Turks, this is the NBA
- Don't know if that's the name, but it's most probably in that ilk.
bearsfriend - Is that too many white People on the team for you? besides, last i looked serbs were pretty damn good at sports.
mj355 - kaman just signed with the macs, so you can still be a sixers fan. id like to see hawes go though

Micknasty & mundiff I couldn't agree more. i've been saying Milsap since i saw an article that mentioned him and ET together as second tier trade bait. my thing is he's NBA proven, just about a double-double, young enough and he got great character (doesn't mind coming off the bench). i hope he's in the Sixers near future. brownrice
Something will happen very soon. bearsfriend
fufkin - You can't resign a player you just used the amnesty clause on. Controlled Chaos
sixers will come out of nowhere and scoop up dwight howard! *wakes up* Breath EZ
