In what will surely be the best Mother’s Day Experience-with-a-capital-E you’re likely to have, Teresa Giudice, mother of four girls, “homegrown Italian chef extraordinaire” and noted star of The Celebrity Apprentice and The Real Housewives of New Jersey will brandish her culinary powers Friday at Fabulicious Event-with-a-capital-E at Parx Casino® at 2999 Street Road in Bensalem.

Teresa, 39, whose parents emigrated to Jersey from Sala Consilina, in Southern Italy, is a North Jersey girl all the way: She grew up in Paterson and now lives with her hub Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice in Towaco in Morris County.

Friday, she will give fans a double treat. She’ll talk to fans about her cooking, her books and her TV career beginning at 5 p.m. in the casino lobby.

Then at 7 p.m. she will take the casino’s 360 stage to demonstrate a recipe from her cookbook, Fabulicious!: Teresa's Italian Family Cookbook

The press release promises so much:

“Learn her fast & fit recipe tips live in person. During the demonstration, the famous Parkmen of Parx Casino® will pass around her fabulicious recipe samples for all to enjoy."

It concludes, the release with this appealing, warm embrace: "Let Parx Casino® roll-out the red carpet for Mom this extra special night.”

Teresa has an eventful week on Celebrity Apprentice: She was fired by boss Donald Trump on Sunday's show. But according to Perez Hilton, Trump plans to bring her back as a helper of sorts for the show's final challenge.

Hilton says Teresa is using her new-found celebrity to add oomph to her marketing campaigns for her wine line, Fabelli and a new teeth whitener she's hawking for Pearlbrite Concepts.
